At Youtooz, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your limited edition collectibles. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Email our support team at support@youtooz.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photos of the item and its packaging, especially if you are reporting damage or a manufacturing defect.

    Receive Authorization

    Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your package.

  • 4.
    Ship and Process

    Securely pack your item in its original box and ship it back to us; once received, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement.
