How long does shipping take for pre-order items?

What is your return policy for limited edition figures?
Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
